Hand-In Hand Installation of Donated Cloth Gloves hand-Tied together with yarn and installed onsite on 10' x 12'museum wall space. A veriety of gloves were donated and collected.
The “Covid Lost Years” have made me appreciate many small acts of kindness, a smile, a shared meal, the simple act of lending a hand. The meditative process of hand-tacking each glove to its neighbor made me reflect on this more fully. Hand in Hand acts as a homage to all essential workers that assisted during the pandemic and still do. Gloves donated and gifted to those in need after the exhibit.
